About
Managed and flexible rentals in Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Australia: co-living, student and worker housing, serviced apartments and each market's local rental types.
SEA Living Desk is an independent tracker of managed and flexible rentals in Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Australia: co-living, student and worker housing, serviced apartments and each market's local rental types. It covers co-living, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), serviced apartments and aparthotels, and worker dormitories across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan and Australia. It also explains each market's local rental types, such as Thai apartments and หอพัก, Indonesian kost, Vietnamese chung cư mini, Taiwanese 套房 and 雅房 and Australian share and rooming houses, with comparison pages for Korea and Japan. We compile public information only, from operator websites, filings, government sources, press and research reports, and link every record to its source with the date we checked it.
Neutrality
Every operator is treated the same. We include any operator that public sources show, and we never leave one out or rank one above another for commercial reasons. Lists are alphabetical or follow the data. Sponsorship is always labelled and never changes the data.
